Silencers VANVENT round, rectangular, etc.

The round silencer resembles an ordinary duct, but has a slightly larger diameter and is characterized by a low length.
This element is mounted directly into the joint of the air ducts and performs its functions by damping sound waves and vibrations when a driven stream passes through it.
The basis of the silencer are special walls made of both synthetic and mineral materials. They are installed along the entire length of the noise isolator inside its cavity and reduce vibration and aerodynamic drag during the passage of air flows.
It is made of durable stainless or galvanized steel.

The GPP (rectangular) silencers are designed to absorb the noise of turbulent vortices and aerodynamic noise in rectangular channels. The silencer is installed in the channel on rack joints in the direction of air movement indicated in the drawing by an arrow.
The maximum operating temperature is 60 °C, the maximum permissible speed is 10 m/s. To achieve maximum noise absorption efficiency, it is recommended to provide a rectilinear section with a length of at least 1 m in front of the silencer.
